How breathwork can help
Our breathing constantly adapts to internal and external influences. This gives us the opportunity to use our breath to bring our internal processes back into a "functional" state of better health.
Possible complaints and issues
Breathwork can be a helpful and supportive complement to:

* Breathing exercises do not replace medical treatment, but can be a useful complement to it.

develop a feeling of security and inner peace

Breathing exercises
Together we'll examine your breathing patterns, address any discomfort you may be experiencing, and discuss the goals you hope to achieve with this course. During the training, you'll practice approximately one hour of breathing exercises daily, for which you will receive...
Audio files and a breathing diary will be provided. We will meet once a week in person to discuss progress and answer any questions; and adjust the training accordingly.
You will be supported with all questions concerning your breathing (also via email).

Distance Reiki
This method is based on the premise that Reiki energy is not bound to physical proximity. This means that the treatment can take place regardless of your location. You can therefore relax completely in your own home and receive the treatment.
For you as the recipient, the process is usually very straightforward: You consciously take your time, lie down or sit comfortably, and allow yourself to let go. Meanwhile, the giver focuses their attention on you, with the intention of supporting you energetically. Many people describe this as a feeling of deep relaxation, inner peace, or balance.
However, it's important to put things into perspective: Reiki – especially distance healing – is not scientifically proven. The positive effects some people experience can often be explained by relaxation, mindfulness, and consciously taking a break from everyday life. Therefore, Reiki should always be understood as a complementary method that can support well-being, but it does not replace medical treatment.
