Our breathing constantly adapts to internal and external influences. Stress, emotional strain, or health limitations can cause our breathing to become unbalanced. Breathwork can help us consciously perceive these connections and regulate them. This particular breathing training is designed according to the Buteyko Method.



Breathing exercises according to the Buteyko method
Step by step you will learn in a
A 4-5 week training course using breathwork according to the Buteyko method to calm your breathing and control it more consciously.
The goal is to calm, optimize, and stabilize your breathing – gently and mindfully. You will learn how calm, natural breathing can positively affect your respiratory health , your nervous system, and your overall well-being.
I work mindfully, individually, and without pressure to perform. Your breath sets the pace – not the other way around.
The focus is on perception, regulation, and a respectful approach to one's own body.
Open breathing session
In this breathwork session, we prepare for the subsequent breathing sequence with gentle yoga exercises. At the beginning, the breathing exercises may have an energizing effect – as the session progresses, they will increasingly lead us into a state of calm.
Our goal is to harmonize breath, body, and mind and promote deep relaxation. We utilize elements from Pranayama, Slow Breathing, coherent breathing, heart breathing, and Tibetan relaxation exercises.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, holistic method for activating your self-healing powers. Through mindful energy work, blockages are released and body, mind and soul are brought back into harmony.

Reiki works on a subtle energy level and is suitable for people of all ages. The treatment takes place in a calm atmosphere and is individually tailored to your needs.
When we use our breath to draw ourselves from our heads into our bodies, it has a positive effect on our cardiovascular system, our nervous system, and our overall well-being.
